「The property would have very accommodating if it were clean. There was a dirty sock under the master bed, the back side of the shower curtain in the master was horribly filthy, there were boogers wiped on the wall over the bedside table in the 2nd bedroom, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and there were nails and screws all over the walls where curtains and decor have been removed and not replaced, and We only stayed for 1 night and were exhausted, and quite frankly didn’t have time to report...

「The host was easy to communicate with and prompt to answer. Quiet neighborhood, good location to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit trail, groceries, and a must try bbq joint, Mike and Jeff’s on Old Buncombe Rd. The house was well stocked and TVs in each bedroom were a plus! The only thing we wish is that the fence extended out to include the side door because you can only access the fenced in yard by going out to the gate. Thanks for the hospitality!」
