“Limited breakfast, no cleaning was done, no proper towel change, everything was provided for only one person and there was two of us, had to pay for extra water which was disappointing.”

“Great location at the top of the resort. Apartment was overall nice, beds very uncomfortable, we had to use all the blankets to lay on!! Staff helpful. Didn’t use pool as no time! Beware of all the hidden extras when booking- extra for towels, Wifi, end of stay cleaning, tv (don’t buy as all french shopping channels!) Comfort pack including all this was €129 for the week. ”

“Jeremy was very good at communicating and the position of the chalet was excellent for the ski lift.However in the chalet we found at least 20 bed bugs in the beds. So we didnt stay. Jeremy was very apologetic and issued a full refund that day. I am sure that he will fully fumigate the place but you may wish to check before booking. We incurred other expenses by having to move to Val Thorens last minute for our ski holiday, some of which Jérémy covered.”

“The house was just 2 min drive from the Express lift to Val Thorones, however we were very surprised by not having towels at the property, neither soaps. The steps leading to the property were very steep and dangerous and the railings for the steps on the first and second floor were unsteady. Our feet walking on the floor were black and, in general, the house was not well cleaned. ”

“Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einer umfangreichen Ausstattung. Die Unterkunft wurde mit sehr viel Liebe und Details renoviert. Die Anbindung an das Skigebiet Orelle und Val Thorens ist sehr gut. Die Beschreibung ist korrekt und der Kontakt inkl. Check-In / Check-Out war sehr gut. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Skiurlaub in Frankreich genießen können.”

“The house offered everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful view. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and yet close to Valloire for shopping. We made beautiful walks in the immediate area.”
