"It is a cute motel with updated facilities! Not super big rooms but perfect for the price and for being on the beach! Courtyard view of the ocean and walk around the drive ramp right next door for beach access"

"We had a really good stay. The bad reviews (and many are wrong) are scary and I almost did not book here. Check in was easy. The staff are all very friendly. We were in room 612. Super Cold AC, Very hot shower, lots of TV channels. The beds were comfortable. We had a side view of the beach. The room was clean and we had no problems. The hotel was very quite. No slamming doors were heard. The last night, someone was smoking on their balcony so we didn't get to enjoy looking at the stars and listening to the waves.
Breakfast was very good. We had bacon the first day and that was the best breakfast of our stay. I did not notice any leaks in the ceiling in the dining area. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfast we have ever had at a hotel.
The hotel looks like it has been remodeled lately and is very clean. We did not see any of the problems that people complained about recently. The pool was great. The gate to the beach worked perfect. There was plenty of free parking.
My only two complaints.
1. The milk wasn't cold enough.
2. They need free coffee in the lobby 24/7
We would stay here again."
"Great smaller motel. Good location. Super nice people working the front desk. Almost all rooms oceanfront.
Two minor issues. Parking can be difficult. At capacity I belive they might be short a parking spot or two.
Breakfast is a bit weak, Ive had worse, but they could add a few more options. "
