「Since having children, I've never been happier with a place to stay as we have here. Great value for money (we stayed in a two bedroom apartment), nice pool area, so close and easy walking to three supermarkets, local food spots, and shops. The room was well cleaned, and friendly staff. Great vibes...we weren't bothered at all from the current renovations of the bar and restaurant...will definitely be staying again 😀😀」

「This is a classic Kiwi motel, complete with original 1970s features. I hope they never change it. The owners are lovely and kind. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with everything you need for your stay. It was quiet and peaceful, in a great location, looking out at the river yet very close to the centre of town. I’m so glad I stayed here. 」

「Although slightly jaded the rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom akin to a 'Tardis' with a huge Shower. Mini Kitchin excellent. Bed very comfortable. Overall i would thoroughly recommend as great stay value for money. 」
