"Convenient for the airport"

"Check in was normal and that is where our expectations & reality separated. Entering the room one of the very first things we noticed was a huge cobweb about 12 -18" long in the corner. Next while depositing our bags in the room i was almost hit in the head by one of the closet doors as i tried to open it as neither were on the track. They were leaned in the opening. I reset them both. After a 5 hr drive we were looking forward to having dinner. My wife & daughter were waited on with drinks & i arrived a moment later. We ordered our meals together & then everything really fell apart with staff & quality of service. We were never checked on while we waited, for refills or other needs. Our daughter & my food was delivered at the same time luke warm. Waitress returned with a bowl of fruit for me. We were never brought napkins or utensils the entire time. After about 20-25 mins we were finished eating and my wife hed still not been served her meal. Absolute failure. She was disgusted, left the table & spoke with the manager on the way to the room. He said the meal would be comped which it was. Sitting down to relax afterward my wife had the pleasure of her arm sticking to the table from an unknown substance that had obviously not been cleaned well, if at all. I have photos of the area before & how filthy the rag was. Traveling with the family instead of friends expectations are much higher. Our stay here failed miserably to meet those expectations. I could go on but am limited "

"Toilet ran most of the trip. Water was hot. Breakfast was not good; would better if they used fresh ingredients instead of frozen packaged food. "

"Great breakfast, the room was comfortable nice bed. It's an older hotel but it's nicely located close to the golf course for a college event. Ate downtown by the river at Toni's "

"Didnt stay. Booked wrong date, never heard back on cancelling reservation, when we had arrived to check in (10 days prior on a road trip) the staff was not helpful and could not accomodate adjusting our stay, even though the parking lot was empty and sure seemed Like they would have had rooms for us "

"My expectations were low knowing I'd booked a motel. But the entire interior smelled horrible, and my room smelled like several days of pet urine built up and was never cleaned. The carpet was sticky throughout the whole room and had spots of dropped foodstuffs that had been walked on and pushed into the carpet fibers. I've stayed in a lot of cheap places... but this one seemed like they didn't have a single employee that ever cleaned anything. "

"Breakfast was ok. Loved the waffle maker. Bit more variety is needed. My shower in my room was not clean upon arrival. Took awhile to get hot water for a decent shower. Over all, the stay was great for the price. "

"The home has ample space but is in need of several repairs. Beds are not designed for couples over 300 pounds together or tall people. They are Queen and Full size The home is dated but comfortable Game room would be good for kids and or teens It was a pleasant stay for the weekend. Plenty of appliances and the gas range is great "
