「the advertising and follow up communication for this property was highly misleading. This is student housing converted for short term stays, they do not make it obvious that basic amenities and kitchen access are not available until the confirmation emails so it felt a bit like a bait and switch.
the confirmation for the reservation included a lot of information that was not relevant to us, or a surprise after reading the listing.
not late arrival friendly.

「My 4 nights stay was good overall. The accommodation is neat and the location is at easy access to almost anywhere you want to visit in Dublin. I also like that it’s about 23 minutes away by bus to the airport.
There are clean mirrors ( I mean, I like mirrors😁) in the room and bathroom. There’s a lift for easy accessibility and also a gym on-site to exercise during your stay.
It’s a nice place to stay if you are not looking to cook your own meals, but eat out. Also, there is microwave and...

「We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for the price of an equivalent single room hotel configuration. It's a bit of a walk from city center, but to have the additional rooms made it a worth while. The staff was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.」

「Location is great- Dublin Express will take you to the airport (20min) and Red Line tram to the town centre (15min).
Room was small but comfortable, queen size bed fits two adults. Room was clean, towels were available.
No toiletries in bathroom. Yes there is an access to the kitchen but no pans, mugs or cutlery...only fridge, microwave and hob...but with no pans thete is no use of hob. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shops and Domino's around.

「Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). Overall a great stay!」

「On check-in day, I could not get a response from the property owner. One hour after check-in time the property owner canceled my reservation and we were left out in the cold, 42 degrees.
