「Expedia advertised this room as accommodating 5 people, but the hotel staff confirmed that none of their rooms fit more than 4 guests. The staff was very helpful and did their best to minimize the inconvenience. We made it work for one night, but it was frustrating. Be aware of this discrepancy when booking.」

「Very clean and updated place. Very friendly staff. Rooms need a coffee pot. The staff recommended an italian restaurant to dine at and the food was absolutely delicious. You got a lot for your money. Will stay again if in the area.」

「The room was sufficiently clean but the tub hadn't been cleaned, there was dirt swept into the corner by the sink and there were hairs on the edge of the tub and above the shower (clearly not mine because I have very long hair and these were short, tightly curled hair). Couldn't use the pool because there weren't any lounge chairs or table/chairs available and the people that were at the pool were drinking heavily. 「My overnight stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only bug was that I could not get my room key card to unlock the door. My wife's key worked. I have stayed in several hotels in Perry. This hotel was by far the best if you are willing to pay more to get a quality stay.」

「A very nice cabin tucked away! We mostly enjoyed the chickens visiting us on the porch during morning coffee! The cabin is about 20 mins from the Springs and grocery store/market. High Springs town about 30 mins. Bring your own ice…no ice maker. If you need anything at all, the owner lives on the large property and happy to help but does respect your privacy…never saw him and the check in process was seemless. Loved the stay and sure you will as well.」

「I love small older family owned hotels and this was the best of the best. Wonderful staff and owner, nice room, great pool and it is on a hill looking down onto the riverfront where they have a bait, tackle and gift store with a restaurant inside for breakfast and lunch. We had breakfast there both days, it was very good with homemade biscuits. You can put your boat in right there, and several other restaurants in walking distance. We had a great stay and they have a full coffee pot in each...
