"I have to say the this was one of the most pleasant experiences at a hotel. We just took a quick one night trip to get away to Frankenmuth and stayed in nearby birch run. From the two individuals at the front desk to friendly housekeeping staff to even being greeted by the General Manager at breakfast it was a great stay."
