Great Masseria near Mazzarino

This is a great property in the middle of the Sicilian countryside. The property is very, very clean and full of character. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. There is a washing machineand the water supply i always reliable. Giulio is a great host and replied quickly to all our needs. There is a very comfortable sofa bed, which will accomodate two people no problem in the main living area. We will certainly come back!

Heerlijke rust

Eind april, begin mei is een prachtige tijd om te verblijven op de boerderij. De natuur is prachtig. Rust, uitzichten, wandelen en lekker lunchen in de verschillende plaatsen in de omgeving.Het appartement is wel minimaal ingericht en soms is het in dit jaargetijde binnen koud.

leuk en rustig verblijf

Mooi gelegen wat afgelegen verblijf tussen de cactuskwekerijen en olijfbomen. Mooie uitzichten , lekker zwembad. Rustig. Je maakt er ook onmiddellijk enkele (diere)vrienden. Personeel erg behulpzaam, maar erg vage kennis van het engels. Eigenaar wel vlug bereikbaar en snel antwoordend via Whats app. Inrichting eerder basic. Voor te onthaasten ideaal

Relax totale

Immersi nelle campagne di Mazzarino dove l unico rumore che si riusciva a carpire era quello delle cicale, abbiamo passato qualche giorno all insegna del totale relax all interno di questa splendida masseria... la casa aveva tutti i confort e Giulio ( l host ) è stato perfetto e sempre disponibile nella comunicazione. Se volete rilassarvi lontano da tutto e tutti questo posto fa al casi vostro.

Schönster Sizilienaufenthalt

Unser 10. Urlaub in Sizilien war der schönste hier auf diesem historischen Anwesen! Beste Betreuung. Wunderbar köstliches Wasser direkt von der Quelle in der Mitte des Anwesens! Die Gemäuer und ein Ventilator reichten aus, um auch bei 37 Grad Celsius sich gut zu fühlen. In der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden.Der Swimmingpool mit seiner Umgebung könnte idyllischer nicht sein! Erfrischendes Wasser und diese Ruhe in der weiten Landschaft - das ist Sizilien pur! Mit dem Auto dann 30 Min. in die Stadt Mirabella fahren in das Restaurant Belvedere, dann ist der Urlaub perfekt. Von hier aus lassen sich bei Bedarf viele Besichtigungstouren ansteuern. Ruhe und Entspannung ist auf dem Anwesen gewiss!

Wunderschöner Innenhof

Die Ferienwohnung ist in eimem malerischen Bauernhof. Eine prächtige Toreinfahrt heißt einen wilkommen und öffnet den Blick in einen wunderbaren großen Innenhof mit plätscherndem Brunnen und Taubenturm. Vielen Dank an Gulio! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Completo relax

Abbiamo trascorso assieme all mia famiglia i giorni a cavallo del Ferragosto in completo relax, lontani dal traffico e dal caos, immersi nella natura. La masseria si raggiunge con molta semplicità, ma in ogni caso Giulio è sempre pronto a dare ogni indicazione. L’ appartamento è ampio, comodo ed è presente ogni tipo di comodità, gli spazi esterni sono davvero tanti, dalla piscina con annesso un rilassante solarium, tavolinetti esterni per gustarsi gli aperitivi al tramonto, tavolo di ping pong e barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti, insomma davvero un angolo di paradiso. Da sottolineare la disponibilità e la cordialità di Giulio, ci torneremo sicuramente è lo consiglio a tutti.

Fantastic!

Super séjour dans cette ferme du 19eme siècle au charme fou avec sa cour intérieure et sa fontaine! Le spot parfait pour ralentir et se reposer en pleine nature, au milieu des oliviers. Mention spéciale pour la piscine d'où vous pourrez contempler le paysage à l'ombre du citronnier :) L'appartement est très agréable, confortable et tout équipé. La ferme offre aussi différents endroits où se poser pour prendre un verre, lire un livre ou faire une sieste. Depuis la ferme, vous pouvez facilement rayonner et visiter les villages et villes alentours qui valent le coup d’œil: Mazzarino, Piazza Armerina... Giulio est disponible et vous donne toutes les info dont vous avez besoin, merci encore pour ce super séjour!

Historischer Bauernhof im sizilianischen Hinterland

Das Objekt ist ein historischer Bauernhof, der von der Familie des Vermieters bewirtschaftet wird. Er befindet sich etwa 200 m von der (nicht sehr stark befahrenen) Straße entfernt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe, umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Uns haben blühender Oleander, Lavendel und Feigenkakteen empfangen, der Blick vom Vorplatz über die Gegend wird vom Monte Formaggio dominiert, in der Ferne ist Mazzarino zu sehen. Es ist hier herrlich ruhig, tagsüber fährt nur gelegentlich der Mitarbeiter mit dem Traktor durch die Olivenhaine. Im Innenhof befindet sich ein alter Brunnen, dessen Wasser hervorragende Trinkwasserqualität hat. Der Zugang zu unserer Wohnung befindet sich im Torweg, es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Toilette, ein Bad mit Toilette und Dusche und das große Eingangszimmer mit Küche und einem Schlafsofa. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind auch vorhanden. Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern (2J und 5J) hier gewesen, ein Kind hat im bereitgestellten Babybett geschlafen, das andere auf der Schlafcouch. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, die Vermieter waren immer hilfreich und freundlich. Die Kinder hatten hier viel Platz zum Toben und Spielen, die gesamten Außenanlagen inkl. Pool konnten wir nutzen. Wer auf hierher kommt, wird vor allem Ruhe finden. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr stark touristisch geprägt, nachts hört man draußen nur die Grillen zirpen. Zum Essen gehen gibt es in der Umgebung genug Möglichkeiten (abends erst ab 19.00 - 19.30 Uhr, mittags eher schwierig, etwas zu finden). Einen Supermarkt gibt es in Mazzarino oder in San Cono. Für einen Urlaub abseits der großen Touristenzentren ist das Objekt bestens geeignet.

Es könnte die Kulisse für einen copolla Film sein

Etwas versteckt Trohnt der acienda oben auf einem Berg. Oliven und Mandelbäume säumen den Weg Ein großer Innenhof mit Brunnen und super leckeres Wasser... ein imposantes eisernes Tor und einen Ausblick über die Berge von dem man nur träumen kann. Das Haus ist also schön. Das Appartement an sich ist einfach aber mehr als zweckmäßig. Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche ist alles ausreichend vorhanden (wir waren 2 Wochen hier) und der Empfang war herzlich. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem wirklich großen Bett - das 2. angegebene Schlafzimmer ist das (bettsofa) in der Küche / Wohnzimmer. Das preis leistungsverhältniss ist absolut in Ordnung. Gerne wieder!

Un très bon accueil :-) à notre arrivée une corbeille de fruits,dans le frigo des boissons variées,et pour le petit dejeuner du pain des biscuits du beurre et de la confiture. Une bonne literie : un lit double et un canapé sont idéaux pour 3 adultes et un enfant de petite taille Un lieu superbe pour se reposer et visiter le sud est de la Sicile

un appartement spacieux, confortable , bien aménagé, dans une belle propriété ancienne, en pleine campagne permettant de se reposer après avoir visité la région qui offre beaucoup de possibilités culturelles notamment la villa romana de Piazza Armerina , mais aussi Caltegirone ou Enna , "vieilles cités baroques" l accueil du propriétaire très disponible pour répondre par messagerie à nos interrogations en arrivant nous attendaient tout le nécessaire pour diner et pour le petit déjeuner ce qui nous évitait de ressortir , ave une excellente bouteille de vin local

A wonderfull historic farm in the heart of Sicilia

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in this special place. The farm is in the middle of hills with olive fields, 15-minute drive from charming Mazzarino. After a large entrance gate, there is a long private driveway surrounded by trees and flowering oleander and lavender bushes. The farm itself is a huge building around a courtyard with a fountain and it is more than 300 years old. Inside the thick walls, there are several apartments from 2 to 6 or 8 people. All the modern comforts are here in fine condition. But what makes it special, is the stylish way they are furnished en decorated. A loving eye for the history this place, has been at work here. And no wonder: host Guilio Randazzo grew up here and his family has owned the farm for centuries... When we arrived, he had made sure, there was some fruit and drinks in the fridge and even a fresh loaf of bread. Then you feel welcomed! Outside there are plenty of little places where you can sit in the shade and relax, play with the cats or just be amazed about the deep peace and tranquility of Sicily's heartland. It felt we lived in movie or a book for a few days, a very good book.
