The description of my room promised a king size bed. I can assure you it was NOT. In addition, when I checked in the lobby was full of loud drunk people. Lastly, my husband used his INHALER in the parking lot and they charged us a $250 smoking fee! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!

This was my second stay in 2 months, but I'm not sure I'd stay here again. I opted for the larger suite this time; while the living room was bigger, the bathroom and kitchen were the same size. Overall, the room seemed more worn-out than the smaller room I stayed in last time, and it had strange quirks: The air conditioner in the bedroom was only a few inches from the bed and blew cold air directly onto it, which was not comfortable. In both styles of rooms, there seems to be little insulation in the floors, as I heard my upstairs neighbors stomping at 5 a.m. Leaf blowers started outside the windows at 6:20 a.m., and the fire alarm went off twice by accident at 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday. The noise issues are disappointing, as most of the staff are really wonderful, there's a great food truck at the hotel, and the shopping area in front of the building has some fantastic restaurants. I hope the hotel fixes these problems, as it's a good location for an extended stay hotel -- but it's hard to enjoy even a short stay with noises like these.
