Check-in clerk said “3rd party reservations don’t actually reserve rooms that you requested”, like my King bed room, reserved via Expedia. Oh well, I guess I should have arrived earlier. Not sure why the Expedia App bothers to have you select a room, if you’re just going to get whatever is available.

I did not like the suite. There were hairs around the room and in the coffee maker. The staff was very nice.

I liked the price of the 2 room queen suite because it has a door separating the bedroom from the living room. We have a 20 month old and it’s easier to put her to bed and still be awake in the other room. The hot tub and pool were clean. Breakfast was good. We did have to wait 30 minutes because check in is at 3pm and we arrived early with our schedule hoping that we could check in earlier but we couldn’t and had to wait in the lobby.

Me encanto el servicio, el personal muy amable y atento. El hotel moderno y muy limpio, la cama Super cómoda, el desayuno esta super completo y con muy buen sabor, es mucho más que un desayuno americano, el personal de cocina de lo mejor. Usamos el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto que es gratis y nos llevo Jonatan, el encargado de mantenimiento que es super agradable y nos dio un servicio de excelencia. Definitivamente volveré y recomiendo el hotel ampliamente.

Basic no frills
This is a three star hotel. It doesn’t need to make an effort as it always sells beds because it is so close to the Plaza shopping mall. There was not even a pen or notepaper in the room. Bottled water left out was not included in the price. Breakfast the coffee ran out only leaving decaf. Food was also running out at 9:00 a.m. and the eating area was packed. The office area no printer was working. The shuttle did drop me off at a supermarket. The room was basic but clean, with an enormous refrigerator. Altogether the hotel was ‘basic’ absolutely NO extras.

It was lovely hotel and the staff was great. The only negative was the thermostat it wouldn’t stay warm when I tried to warm it up it some how got cold so that was my only downfall.

Half the lamps in our room didn’t work. Bed was cheap and stiff, and the walls were thin. Shower head holder kept on sliding down so the water was spilling on the floor. Shower/Bath floor felt shallow and I did not feel safe (it felt like it was going to break and I am only 170 lbs).
