“The location is perfect. Downtown and Ponderosa State Park are very walkable. The view from the patio perfect.”

“The condo was very clean except for the hideaway bed in the couch. My son was going to sleep on it but when we pulled it out the couch was very dirty. Besides that the stay was very nice.”

“At the top of hotel/ARBB priorities should be quality of ce the bed. Most people have traveled a significant distance and are needing a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. This place did not fulfill. The bed had no box-spring and the mattress was so worn that management had put a 3inch foam pad that you buy from Walmart over the top. “The condo is absolutely immaculate and has a gorgeous view.”

“We were able to cook our Christmas dinner and get a lot of rest, which was our goal. We were lucky enough to walk in the snow the day after Christmas and had a great time! The property was clean, the beds comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The living room was small and comfy. The instructions were clear, and hopefully we followed them well.Thank you for letting us stay in your property!”
