"Many things were not working such as: room telephone, room air conditioner, elevator, the heated pool, outlets in the room. Also if you have a room on the 1st level near the water fountains prepare to hear them loud and clear all night. Although many things need to be repaired, replaced and cleaned it is not too bad for the price."

"The room was cleaned and I had plenty of towels. The toiletries were great, great scents and full size bottles. The room was spacious and the rocking chair was a huge bonus in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The pool was cleaned and there were plenty of towels to use. The water in the pool was very warm which it was perfect since it was a cold day. "

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — very convenient. There were so many restaurants nearby, with a great variety of choices, and two large shopping centers were also within a short walking distance, which made everything extremely convenient during our stay. Our room was a good size, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Cupertino."
