“Perfect little spot for a stopover for a night or two if you have a long drive up or down 95. My wife and I stayed there with our puppy. 2 miles to 95 and everything was walkable. Friendly neighborhood and very close to the water. Bungalow was very clean and had what you needed for a short stay. A great alternative to getting a hotel.”

“Another great stay at this clean and cool cabin in the middle of so much wildlife! Deer and turkeys frequented the backyard and no shortage of birds, hogs, alligator, fox, and armadillo in and around the refuge. Loved it!”

“We were welcomed online and everything went very smoothly. The cottage is located in a very quiet area of a coastal village with rich history. EVERYTHING you need is there, but not always in a form that you might be expecting--NO COMPLAINTS at all, as the accommodations are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged in a (much) older home that is beautifully cared for. We would like to come back to Darien and area, in fact, and would stay here.”

“Ideal for a couple with a child or two children. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house and have their own bathrooms. Scenic area. Nice locals. Host was punctual and quick to respond to questions. House is clean and comfortable. There's an outdoor sitting area that's nice. The neighbors are very close in proximity, but nice people and we didn't actually see most of them. We enjoyed hunters cafe for burgers and a drink and it's close to this VRBO. (Hunters cafe also serves steamed……
