“We have just spent two wonderful nights at this delightful hotel. Everything from the warm welcomed, personal service, cleanliness, beds, pillows and deliciously fragranced Leif amenities was first class. The respectful renovation and gentle modernisation of this beautiful Victorian building provided a quiet sophistication that was greatly appreciated. “It is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city. We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost. There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. The young one is very active in the morning and walk between 3 trees to search the fresh leaves for breakfast. It is the first I see korala walks and I never……

“Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm). Then, we found out the a/c system wasn’t working, we told the manager again and then he came with his boss, I think, their……

“The apartment location is good but overall stay is not a really good experience. You needed great effort to find the parking bay provided. The apartment is old-fashioned and not really cleaned. Bathroom light flashed all the way and we had to turn it off. Shower is not working well and only small amounts of water could come out. Moreover, the Netflix is out of order throughout the stay!”
