“Cockroach in room and ancient air-conditioning did not cool ”

“This room was not as described! It was 2 blocks from beach so no view at all. The apartment was old and very dated with cheap furniture with extremely uncomfortable beds. Only has air conditioning in the kitchen area with none in the bedroom. It is extremely noisy as people sit in front of the apartment and talk all day long. Also construction going on so more noise plus junk piled up in the street. The tv has no cable or internet and antennae did not work well. Very disappointed. ”

“There was some difficulty finding the property and when found there was another car taking up two car spots causing a problem. This car was still taking up two spots even when we left so the owner was not informed. After some time we found the main office and were given the keys. All good helpful people in the office.”

“On the street parking is difficult. I wouldn’t recommend it as you have to move every couple hours. As for parking on site - this needs to be prearranged and then is quite expensive. I definitely think Uber or public transport is the best option. The king superior room with a balcony was just the best thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was extra. The shops within an easy walking and having the beach directly across the road was the biggest bonus. The staff were amazing and very helpful and……

“Excellent place to stay, reception ladies are so sweet & very nice & helpful. We had a studio for the night. Very clean & tidy. Recommend this place, bed was so comfortable, had the main essentials( Kettle,Plates,Cups,Cutlery,Bar fridge,Iron etc..) Close to all essentials Shops, Beach, Pubs. Checkout- we could leave our gears in a storeroom pickup before 6pm closing, good for last minute shopping etc. Parking was the same as well. No parking on site. Car parking available up the road bout 1min……

“Things look nicer on the outside than inside. It's not as nice as you would think it would be but did the job”

“The view and location right at the beach were fantastic. Very easy to walk around. Restaurants, pubs, and shops, and acces to walks were all close by. Still and sparkling water is available to fill your water bottle. The room could have been cleaner with a little vacuum on the rug, otherwise no complaints. I would stay here again. ”

It was chosen as I lived in this building nearly 20 years ago and I wanted to show my children where I lived before they were born. They were extremely excited - until we got into the apartment. I have stayed in many different types of accommodation over the years and none have even come close to how horrible this property was. “本來選擇這酒店主因：是設於國家公園內，理應有頗大空間，但當步入酒店房間內，房間面積不大，亦沒有設置空調，在中午時份，烈日當空之下，其實頗為悶熱。幸好，周圍環境不俗，遠離塵囂，好有大自然氣氛，令人感到舒適怡人。就是房間面積太小了！”

Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.”
