"Excellent conditions in every aspect. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the lobby was beautifully decorated with a charming retro look and feel. The lounge and pool area were fantastic and open until 10 p.m., with a coffee machine and water available.
Complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. The location is very close to the Strip, and the free parking was a huge plus. We stayed for two days, and when we returned to our room on the second day, it was spotless—which is rare nowadays, as many hotels only provide housekeeping upon request.
The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back."

10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean, not super remodeled like it stated but definitely decent and spacious. Staff never at the front desk during check in was super sweet and seemed like she actually enjoyed her job! We ate at their second story food court and madame butterworks nearby and both were amazing and staff were the sweetest! To deal with THAT many ppl on a daily basis and still be extremely nice, helpful, and respectful is just amazing. Only issue I had was having to walk through the casino in order to reach the room every single time while other casinos had separate corridors for their rooms that didn’t need to pass through the smoke. "
"Welcoming and responsive host. Nice private little place in Reno (not the nicest neighborhood but really nice and private house itself). It's a small little private one bedroom unit on a very nice and guarded property with two other, separated units. Would highly recommend , no complaints at all "
