Unique & Beautiful Home in Arcata

We loved our stay here, it was inviting, unique, and quiet despite being close to the airport! The blankets and bedding were great which is a big plus. The roof top deck provided an amazing retreat to enjoy the sun, and having two separate floors allowed for privacy for everyone.

Our Mini Thanksgiving

We really enjoyed our visit to this unique home. We were affectionally calling it the "Wesley House" after Harry Potter. It was a perfect fit for the five of us and our two Aussies.

Perfect spot!

I loved this house! This was a quick 4 day getaway with my friend and I. We had so much fun. The house was very comfortable and had great energy! I highly recommend - Liz and Ryan were so easy to work with and this was just the little break we needed!

SkyDeck House

The house was perfectly located for all our adventures and the neighborhood was so peaceful. The view from the deck was a bonus! The house had everything we needed for our stay and it was spacious enough for a family of 4. We had no issues checking in, Liz sent a thorough email prior to our stay so we just settled in right away. The history of the house adds to its charm. I’d stay there again!

Comfortable home in a convenient location!

My friend and I chose SkyDeck because we loved how beautiful and quirky it looked in the photos and also for its close proximity between Eureka and Redwood National Park. The space was very clean and comfortable, showers had strong water pressure, and the Internet worked great as well. The hosts were very communicative and helpful during the booking process and ensured a seamless check in. We especially loved the thoughtful guide book full of interesting facts about the house, food recommendations, and things to do in the area. Liz and Ryan clearly put a lot of love into their home and are great hosts. We definitely recommend this space and would love to stay here again in the future!
