“We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Very quiet. Cottage was nice and kind of a mid century style. Owners animals are very friendly and we were greeted by them every time we arrived. ”

“The house was clean, tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable. It was in a good location…a couple miles from the highway, within 10 minutes of downtown Waco and Magnolia silos-easy to navigate. Homestead Heritage was a half mile. It was great to come back after a long day touring to relax. We would definitely come back. Thanks!”

“The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place……

“This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!”
