“Comfy beds , updated look , thin walls , nice staff. With 4 of us it was pretty tight , we would definitely stay again if it’s just us 2 next time”

“Decent place for the price good amenities hotel building needs some TLC but worth the value. Parking, convenience, beds were comfortable. Bar on site, pool area was ok. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Pearl on the Concho. The room was honestly disgusting. The bathtub wouldn’t drain, they had the A/C condensation line draining directly into the shower with a wet paper towel stuck on the end. It looked completely unprofessional and unsanitary. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable. You could hear everything especially loud music coming from the atrium which made it impossible to relax. The overall environment did not feel safe or comfortable at……

“I checked out within an hour of checking in. The room was uninhabitable! The a/c front was broken in pieces, dirty and on the floor. The "guts" of the a/c were dirty. None of the lamps worked (above the bed, the lamp on the desk didn't even have a lightbulb in it). Towels were in tatters. I had stayed in this hotel several times, but this was my last visit. I lost $230 in the process, but I was not staying here again.”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. ”

“Front desk person on check-in good and took good care of us. Snacks were a nice touch. Coffee was probably worst. Very weak.”

“The hotel was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I chose this property based on its reviews, and my experience did not fully match them. I arrived early for check-in and understand the room wasn’t ready, but staff knew I was already in town. When I returned a few minutes after 3 pm, the process felt completely transactional—no welcome, just my card taken and keys handed over. When I got to the room, a maintenance staff member told me to be careful with the walls……
