Mcalpin Hotel with Pool

"It’s a good economy hotel. It’s my go to hotel for this location. "

"Room was okay. Guests out by the pool were loud late at night. Only stayed one night, worked out okay."

"The room appeared clean but smelled very musty. Lighting was not quite adequate. The beds were comfortable and the linens of higher grade than usually encountered. . The TV control box was stupidly mounted behind the TV to the extent the remote was out of line of sight and was frustratingly resistant to input. The remote had been damaged and the battery compartment was taped closed. The volume wasn't quite loud enough even maxed out and though it registered on the TV, remote control inputs didn't seem to matter much. The dining room attendant was very pleasant and the breakfast good. I appreciated the blackout curtains. This was our first stay in a Holiday Inn Express and while it was certainly adequate for our needs, I don't feel, in general, that it represents very good value. "

"Everything was nice. The only ice machine was on the 1st floor. I was on the 3rd. 😁 it was great. They had a nice little businesses center that came in handy. "

"Room was in a nice, quiet location and we all 3 enjoyed the stay and the breakfast. Renovations since the last time we were there 2 years ago are wonderful! The breakfast sandwich is a great idea for the breakfast bar! Thank you!"

"Outstanding! 1st time staying at this chain & it won't be the last. Amazing staff - so cheerful, welcoming, accommodating & professional. Suite was immaculate & well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, too! We travel with 2 English Creams & the pet area was well lite, large, clean & well stocked. "
