I left a jacket there and called from Canada the women put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I tried calling back twice and was hung up on. Very clean, beautiful and nice in person staff!

Great Hotel
Hotel was very clean and everything was very good. Our room, with 2 Queen beds, was comfortable as well. Indoor pool was heated and, although small, was mostly clean and enjoyable.

When we checked in, they gave us the incorrect room. We had to wait while they figured out where to put us. They blamed it on Travelocity. The pool area was dirty, the rooms had used vapes in them and no towels.

people above us were very noisy front said they called them. Did not help. Then moved us to different room that had no shower curtain. Next the AC didn't work until the middle of the night.

I had a good night stay/sleep at this location. My room was clean and modern. I love the smell of their bath soap. My only turn offs were when you book thru 3rd parties hotels tend to give patrons their lack luster rooms!!! I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past year. This room didtn have the same "homey" feel like the others. My 2nd turn-off was the check in clerk being a little too nosy about what brings me to town when I did not ask her for any local activities/decent restaurants recommendations!!!

The room was clean, orderly. Excellent air conditioning, air quality. Only issue was the window shade it was zip tied open, staff responded quickly and removed the zip ties, however the shade was down the 3 days I was there. Only issue. Would stay there again!

From the moment my family and I walked in we were welcomed. We felt extremely at ease at this hotel. Donna at the front desk was so helpful and understanding. She’s the absolute best. I hope she sees this.
