The street was nice, lush and quiet. Walkable to some restaurants. Breakfast was included and had good options. Uber and taxi were easy to take to locations around the city. The room was comfortable and the lobby provided a nice hang out spot. Staff was friendly.

The staff was courteous and responded well to issues. Some rooms look updated but nothing great. Towels were stained and room's door could have been better covered at the bottom to prevent air, smells, and noise coming inside the room.

The people in the restaurant were amazing. Oscar Garcia was friendly, and give us VIP service. He is the example of the welcoming spirit of Medellin. In the front desk, Juan de Dios was professional, and made our stay very pleasant.

We had heard about Laureles being a noisy area, but for us the hotel itself was quiet enough to get a good rest. The staff was friendly, and the area was clean and safe. The only issue I had was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, by the second day my back was hurting.
