「We had a family vacation for 10 people. The entire process was easy. From booking, checking in, logging on to the WiFi, using each of the rooms, bathrooms, and outside space - all intuitive, simple, and it felt like we were at home. The one item I would say to be mindful of; there are 4 bedrooms; 1 on floor one, and 3 on floor two, and the 3rd floor has an open-floor concept with a separate access door and has 5 beds, one of which is a bunkbed. He was incredibly accommodating with our unexpected travel changes and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in for our varying arrival times. 「Great place to stay. Very roomy and very clean. Great communication by the host. Parking spot on the side was fabulous and surrounded by beautiful flowers and a koi pond. The master bedroom had noise from the street. This was disclosed in the listing so I took ear plugs and there was no issue. The place had everything we needed. Went into Boston a few days. The trip in was congested but the drive back was quick. 」

「The property was very clean. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Plenty of room, nicely stocked kitchen, and ample towels. We ubered to the red line daily to ride the subway into town, very easy to navigate and saved us money not having to rent a vehicle. Plenty of Ubers in the area, never had to wait more than a few minutes to be picked up. This is a wonderful option instead of paying the high hotel rates in Boston. 「We spent seven nights in this property while we toured the Boston area. Easy access to the train station, and the bus goes right by the location. Very clean and spacey. It allowed for privacy as well as room for get-togethers. Highly recommend this location for four more people.」

「It was a beautiful house, very clean and spacious. We had 8 adults for the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. It worked for us to put family members together and there was enough beds for everyone. I had missed the fine print saying there is a 25 additional fee for those staying after 5 people. So be aware of that. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay again. 」

「We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house is about a five minute ride from the T station and about a 20min ride into the city. There are spots for two cars at the house but it's very narrow. My minivan fit but we had to be mindful when opening the passenger door. A larger van would have trouble.The house is very close to the tracks for the T. 「Had difficulty getting into condo. Property was probably a 5 and not exactly what the pictures showed. Dropped something and it rolled under the bed. The floor had about a quarter inch of dust and dirt and floor was not clean at all in places. One bathroom for three of the bedrooms on main floor and very steep stairs to basement where the forth bedroom was at. 」
