All of the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and we were made to feel “special” every step of the way. The rooms and all the communal areas were spotlessly clean. The hotel is perfectly placed for accessing all the main sites in Boston. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

This hotel was in a great location too and you couldn't hear any noise from outside which was fab!"

"My family stayed in this property and we experienced excellent customer service throughout our visit. When we checked in late at night, the front desk lady was very accommodating, addressing all our requests and providing us with helpful information about the area. At breakfast, we were warmly greeted by Ramona whose amazing smile made our morning even better. She handed us our plates and utensils and made sure we had everything we needed. We have never experienced this level of genuine hospitality before. We truly appreciate this wonderful service and we will definitely stay here again! "
