“Hotel staff deceived us when we needed to change the date booked. Hotel staff said if we booked again for the correct night, they would refund us for the wrong night booked. Instead they convinced us to rebook and then refused a refund after waiting at their hotel for over an hour. Completely unacceptable (lack of) service by hotel staff. Atrocious small emanating from the lobby. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The hotel was very well maintained and looked as if it were a new building inside even though it probably was extremely new. The staff were very professional and helpful. We found a plate of fresh fruit with compliments from manager when returned to the room after an outing. The AC seemed a bit slow but after an hour or so the room was very comfortable. We left very early to catch a flight from the airport so we did not try their breakfast but it was not included. Parking was included generally……

“Amazing holiday at the Regnum. All the facilities are exceptional. The resort is huge. Always a sun lounger available on the beach or pool any time of the day. We especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Only thing the buffet didn't have a good selection of vegetarian hot food and the evening show is at 10pm which we found too late.”
