"The restaurants had excellent options. The best member of your staff was Konstantino. He was often the person who brought our room service to us, but he was much more. He gave us great tips on where to visit, best transportation and local attractions. He was an absolute joy to speak with every night. Thank you for having such a wonderful team member. He is an exemplary team member. He deserves praise and a raise. We definitely plan to return to Greece next year and we will choose to return to this wonderful hotel. "This is my third stay at this property when I am in Madrid. For me its one of the best hotels for short stays in Madrid, location is unbeatable, center of Madrid. Being a guest there you have access to the 365 rooftop, which is amazing. Room was clean and the view to Plaza España from my room was the best. Breakfast was also very good as always. If its in your budget, you need to consider this hotel, its not cheapest out there but for me it worth the price!! "
