"The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "

"Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sauber und zweckdienlich. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und war zu jeder zeit erreichbar. Der Weg zum Strand oder Promenade war in 5 Gehminuten entfernt, somit ist die Wohnung auch gut gelegen.Wir können es nur weiter Empfehlen. "

"A fully equipped house, comfortable, super clean and a great location. We had all had a very relaxing stay and the house is so conveniently located we even managed to be car-less for a week, making use of local shops and restaurants as well as the bus into Pula for a day. A big thanks to Sasha the host who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay."

"We stayed as a family in the middle of August. We had a nice one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with everything we needed. A/C was working fine and we had access to the pool in the nearby hotel, which was nice since the beach was superbusy. Overall a good place, and we had a good time, though it was lacking some charm. "The place was very nice, clean, confortable and well equipped. It was great having the pool for swims before breakfast and dinner, framing the days at the sea perfectly. We'd definitely go back! One tiny thing to know: There are 3 Kamenjak Resindencies, we stayed in the one called Center (which was perfectly located in the village, very lovely). The reception is in another Kamenjak Center, though - no five minutes away, but good to know that you have to pick up and drop off the key there. "

"Perfect hotel great for our family holiday. 2 lovely outdoor salt pools with bars - one quieter and one with activities. Modern, clean rooms, really nice buffet breakfast, a good activity schedule. A great location - right by the stony beach and a short stroll to Medulin. Near lovely beachside restaurants and bars. An easy taxi ride to Pula old town to sightsee there. "

"This place was fine. The check in experience is not great as the instructions on how to check in send you to a random residential adress down the street from the actual property. Thankfully the lady who opened the door when we dang was absolutly lovely. Unlike the people actually at the reception. When i tried to let the lady at the front desk that we had just disturbed a random person because their instructions for the property was wrong she totally ignored me. Thw property itself was fine, thankfully the apartment was somewhat spacious and didnt feel cramped even though there were four of us. But the toilet stopped working the first night we were there and didnt get fixed until 7pm the next night. The gentlemen who fixed it was lovely and very quick with the repairs. The sheet on the bed were not fitted so halfway through the night you ended up just beaing on the bare matress and the pillows were absolutly dreadfull. Apart from all that, the location itself is actually really nice. There is a little local squre about a 5 mins walk from the propwrty and is full of little restaurants and icecream places and was a little market happening on saturday night. It is also very close to some lovely beaches which is what you are there for in the end. The place is ok, just a little dissapointing since the pictures seemed so nice online and i felt like we paid way more than we should have. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Premantura! Sasha was a great host and the property was immaculately clean. Everything was provided - modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and the kitchens were well stocked with all the appliances and kitchenware you would need. Sasha was easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Local shops have everything you need and the beaches close by are beautiful! We had a car so we visited several towns nearby- Piran, Rovinj, Porec, Pula and Opatija. We enjoyed several restaurants in town- especially Casa Mia and Venice Lounge. Thank you Sasha for a memorable and relaxing stay - we enjoyed meeting you and staying in your property."
