"Rooms were large enough to move around easily, counter space in bathroom was great, no odd odours. The breakfast was well set up with a good variety of hot and cold items, staff were quick to replenish the empty items. It is close to the arena we attended but may be out of the way for for other amenities such as shopping or restaurants but Saskatoon is easy to get around."

"We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and 15 minutes another time for a single elevator from the second floor. It made us late to the event we had booked for. We had gear and small children so stairs were not an option. This seemed very frustrating to multiple guests.The first hot tub was full of chloramines and my child with well controlled asthma had to leave the pool with a coughing fit within 5 minutes of entering, as did several other children we watched from another pool area. I won't book again with small children. I will probably avoid the pool if i do because it appeared poorly maintained. We were charged an additional $125 because the taxes were not included in the fees which felt dishonest - expedia and the hotel should be more honest and upfront about all included costs, it is very expensive for what was received during that time period. We paid for parking that was not even available Saturday night as well. The room was fine and everything else was fine but some of these issues are modifiable for future guests."

"This property was very falsely represented claiming to have air conditioning in each room and under the pictures of each room was pictures of a bathroom and couches and a microwave but those were pictures of the common area. No snack and deli as cleaned. No breakfast served daily as claimed. No coffee and tea in the room and even in the common area it had to be made yourself. Heat was poor with no individual thermostats. Kitchen stove did not work on the second day. Shampoo running out in the shared shower and no conditioner. Claimed to have a view of the river but did not. Patio is a joke with a small table and a few chairs next to large garbage cans. Cigarette butts everywhere all over the ground outside along with garbage. Wheelchair accessibility is a joke with stairs at every door. Sign saying no visitors allowed. "Premium bedding" look like something the thrift store wouldn't even sell. Advertised as a "boutique style eco-hotel". They clearly lied about a great many things. I don't know how to get away with this."
