“I was really looking forward to staying at Winery Hotel 1870, but sadly, I couldn’t make it because a close family member passed away unexpectedly just before my trip. It was a heartbreaking and chaotic time for my family, and I reached out to the hotel a bit later than planned to explain the situation. “Reception boy is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and tidy, a beautiful outdoor bath tub and a large area balcony, breakfast included, many cats around make the breakfast time interesting. Hotel is near the town centre, about 10 min, and also close to public bus station, a supermarket is in 10 min on foot. Hotel balcony can see the sea, and it is windy in balcony, very comfortable. In all, great stay in FIRA”

“I had a hard time deciding which hotel to pick in Santorini and I am glad I found this one. The location was great. It was central still but away from all the clubs and noise. There are stairs involved and so take that into consideration but we loved it. They offer not only a hair dryer but also a flat iron. They have a medicine box with lots of options just in case. The slippers they offer are amazing. The breakfast is super yummy with freshly squeezed orange juice. The bed and pillows were……

The host was very kind and helpful to accommodate anything I may have required from check in through to check out and the location was perfect for a central stay in Santorini. Close enough to pick up points if you want to do a group tour or alternatively about a 10min walk to the bus station/main square. Would recommend!”
