「I was really looking forward to staying at Winery Hotel 1870, but sadly, I couldn’t make it because a close family member passed away unexpectedly just before my trip. It was a heartbreaking and chaotic time for my family, and I reached out to the hotel a bit later than planned to explain the situation.
While I completely understand that cancellation policies exist, I was hoping for a little understanding or flexibility given the circumstances — even a small gesture such as a partial refund,...

「We loved our stay at Suite Home Santorini! The apartment was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center.
Our host George went above and beyond—arranging round-trip airport transfers, helping with dinner reservations, and even coming to help us at 4 AM when we got locked out. We were a group of 6 and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend!」

「Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all.
We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.」I-CHEN

「Great view and close to everything you need was very clean. I would highly recommend. The only downside was that there was no front desk so it was hard to get ahold of someone to ask questions.」

The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Sofia and John were very helpful with anything we needed. They made our stay very pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a...

「靚景，房間整潔。
泳池好靚，但去時天氣太凍無落水。
行番去市中心都好近，太約行10分鐘就到，幾方便。」匿名旅客

「Tidy, clean room. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Good location. Manager was very friendly and attentive. I was just there for a day, so it provided what I needed.
The picutres made it look like there was access to a pool, but apparently that wasn't included in my room (it was too cold to use it anway). The outdoor space is all common, and the main terrace pictured requires you to exit the property and walk around behind to access the higher level. The stairs to the second level of...Andrew

「員工十分友善，親切。視野極佳，早餐可以在房間門口陽台一邊用餐一邊享受絕景，十分感動。唯一小可惜的是，如果希望搭乘公車移動的人，要考慮一下走路到費拉搭車的距離。」??

「The room was clean and the area was quiet. The power does require a keycard to be active, which makes entering, locking the door and then turning the power on a little awkward at night. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.」Xin

「Location is good. Near shopping streets.
However, the room is very close to the other 2 rooms that when you use the hot tub, there might be some other hotel guests walking around. 」匿名旅客
