"Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall...

"Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. "Charming hotel with attentive bi-lingual service, warm & friendly personnel. Massages & facial treatments in the warm, cosy Spa were excellent. Room was a bit cramped with too much furniture for the space, but there was a big, sunny deck to enjoy. Problem with reception of english TV channels initially which was resolved 1/2 way thru our stay. Dog friendly too!"

"It was charming and the town is beautiful. Easy access to lifts and a wonderful stroll downhill into town with regular shuttle bus service if you don’t feel up to walking back uphill. "

"Lovely hotel just out of town but they shuttle you in and out (and to the slopes) - 5 min drive max. And I walked into town this evening - 15 mins downhill. "On a réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et Ils nous donnent une chambre minuscule avec deux lits pour enfants. Résultat des courses on a été obligé de prendre une deuxième chambre avec une vue sur un mur. Cela nous a obligés à prendre en charge beaucoup de frais supplémentaires. Une manager désagréable et qui a réponse à tout nous explique qu'elle n'a jamais reçu notre réservation pour 3 personnes et se moque ouvertement de nous en nous disant que c'est "comme cela à Megève".
