"Staff, amenities and building are all great. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The rooms are super small (which I understand in Tokyo rooms are small), however when staying with more than one person there is no space to have two suitcases open at the same time. Which creates unwanted stress when locating your items. The bathroom is also a very big step up to get into the bathroom. This was quite challenging for my mum who is in her 70’s. The park across the road during the day was lovely. It was a wonderful surprise to see turtles as well :)"
