“Our stay was wonderful. The view was magnificent the kitchen had everything you could need to make a family dinner for holiday. The game room gave options. We fished on the dock. It was very homey. And they provided us with Christmas decorations in the home. Would recommend for anyone. Everything was easily accessible. And roomy. That neighbors were even nice. We made wonderful memories and we'll be back”

“The coffee maker was a big problem. It was designed to grind beans. There was no way to turn off the grinder. If that fact had been communicated prior to our stay, it would have been very helpful!”

“We were in town to support my son who was competing in the Chattanooga Tri. We picked this to give us a little get away spot during the weekend. I was not aware but this cottage is actually on the property of the owner. It was off to the side and private. The overall property was incredibly landscaped and beautiful. The space was cozy and a nice place to unwind. The only thing we would change was the bed topper was too soft for our liking. Jillian was a great host and was very attentive,……

“This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. It also has 2 upstairs bedrooms (no bathroom) that would work for older children or grandchildren though we didn’t need them for this trip. I appreciated that the rear entrance……

“We arrived and found our house to be spotless! The location was great for us. We could hear passing trains, but that was an added bonus as we love trains. The house was small but perfect for both of us. I don't think we would have known what to do with our luggage if we had more people sharing our space. I'd ditch the artificial plant/tree in the bedroom as it was really in the walkway going around the bed. The porch was nice and provided a place to sit and relax, but you are looking at……

“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the……
