"Extremely extremely friendly and helpful staff. Made our first visit to Japan off to a smooth and comfortable start. There was no language barrier, they spoke perfect English, even though we were prepared to use a translating app. Very helpful with luggage forwarding, and very very convenient to the Tokyo dome which we attended an event at. The local food was excellent, the train station is across the street, and just a couple minutes walk to 7/11 and family mart. 10/10 recommend "
