「Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless」

「We stayed in The Biggy Room. It was so lovely and comfortable. Amazing view of Brussels City from the 18th floor. Everyone was very warm and helpful who worked at the hotel. The breakfast room service wasn’t very nice but aside from that it was a really great stay. A request would be it would be extra lovely if they provided robes and slippers in the room. 」

「For such a small hotel, I love how clean the hotel is. From the lobby, dining area, gym, and my room. The staff were excellent and I felt safe staying here. The location is near the train station so convenient. It is a 15-20 min walk to the downtown area of Brussels. Definitely recommend this hotel for everybody (even solo travellers!)」
