“The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. “The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention……

“Loved this place! Very clean and gave us a chance to relax at the end of busy city days. Supermarket & mall just around the corner and very Grab tuktuk to anywhere in the city. Apartment was very comfortable and tv and washing machine a real bonus. Nice staff ”

“To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. However, we waited. We figured they were cleaning up the room. We were informed the front door was actually broken and it’d take about 15 more minutes to be checked-in.
