The farmhouse is divided into two housing units: one for the owners (as a holiday home) and one for guests. Maximum privacy is guaranteed by the structure of the property.

From the pool of this typical Monferrato farmhouse, you get the feeling of floating above a sea of rolling hills. Immersed in the greenery of vineyards, hazelnut groves, and woods, in a wonderful sunny and panoramic position over the Val Bormida, the property offers a deep sense of peace and serenity.

The skilful renovation has preserved all the typical elements of the area, such as stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and wooden beams. The main part of the farmhouse is divided into two housing units with independent entrances, also connected from the inside.

On the ground floor, it features a new fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a very comfortable small living room, along with a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with an adjoining mezzanine study, and a third additional room that can be used either as a spacious living room or a guest bedroom.

The common areas are charming and designed for conviviality:
a characteristic billiard room with cross vaults, and a large covered porch equipped with a barbecue and wood-fired oven.

The property is surrounded by about 4.7 hectares of land, where, in a dominant position, lies a large swimming pool (6x13 m), ideal for spending moments of great relaxation outdoors with family and friends.
There is also a charming gazebo overlooking the hills, with a dining table, and beneath it a room used as a changing/service area for the pool.

Fully equipped with every comfort—from the barbecue to the ping pong table—it has recently been enriched with an area next to the pool dedicated to children, including a slide and swings, offering a fun and safe space for the little ones.

The parking area inside the property can accommodate up to four cars, while two additional cars can park just outside the main gate.

Guests will have access to the property during their stay: the indoor area is for their private and exclusive use, while the outdoor areas are shared with the owners.

In the days prior to check-in, we will send you all the information needed to reach the property and will ask for updates on your arrival time so that we can best organize the welcome activities.

On the day of check-in, we will welcome you to our estate, show you around the property, and, if you wish, give you tips on experiences and local activities to make the most of your Piedmontese stay.

We will also be available by phone throughout your stay to assist you, ensuring the necessary support without invading your privacy.

We will meet again at check-out, when a €200.00 cleaning fee is due. During check-out, we will make sure everything is in order and that you have enjoyed your stay.
