This is a single rental property, a beach house with 2 totally separate self-contained floors offering the privacy of separate entrances and the convenience of indoor connection via the foyer and outside connection via the wrapped around deck for your group. Each floor boasts a separate living, cooking/eating quarters, and 3 bedrooms combining with 6 pullout sofas sleep comfortably a total of up to 19 guests.

You will be just an hour and a half’s drive from Orlando and all of its attractions, only half an hour away from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center, and just two and a half hours away from South Beach in Miami.
