    Walking distance to the beaches and shops and exclusive access to the exclusive Settlers Cove communal tennis courts.
    Light filled open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with modern appliances. A wrap around sun filled veranda overlooking the lush green lawns and gardens area complete with an alfresco undercover area designated with a table, seating and gas BBQ for year round entertaining.

    BEDROOMS: 4, sleeping up to 9.
    BATHROOMS: 2, one with bath and shower.
    VEHICLES: up to 3

    Minimum nights from mid December to end of January.
    Minimum 2 nights all other times, minimum 3 nights long weekends, minimum 4 nights Easter.

    Private and alluring, Ascalon Cottage will not disappoint with all the creature comforts of home. Location is sensational.
    Wi-Fi & Foxtel provided and an added bonus for those avid tennis players or just for family fun, access to a communal tennis court.

    Modern kitchen with island bench, cooking essentials, breakfast stools, stainless steel appliances, coffee machine, dining table and chairs for 10, comfy lounge suite with TV and picturesque views of the gardens.

    Bedroom 1 with Queen bed, ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
    Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed.
    Bedroom 3 with a Single Bunk bed and Single bed.
    Bedroom 4 with a Queen bed, TV and couch.

    Main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet.
    Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
    Reverse cycle air conditioners and ducted heating.
    Beautifully established gardens, a perfect environment for the children to play.

    PET
    Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

    LINEN
    A full bed and bathroom linen package is provided with every booking. BYO beach towels.

    BOOKING POLICY
    A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

    STRICTLY
    No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome stay. The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. It was in a good location, nice and quiet, and really easy to settle into.The beds were super comfy, and the house just had a nice feel to it. You can tell it’s looked after. It was great having a proper kitchen and laundry too – made things so much easier with the kids.Honestly couldn’t fault it. We’ve already talked about coming back again. Thanks for having us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely property. It was comfortable and spacious in every way — ideal for everyone aged from 3 to 72! We appreciated how well the house was equipped with everything we needed including a a great kitchen with a pantry of basic staples, good, comfy beds and pleasant garden. The garage was not included but there was more than an adequate parking in this very quiet location that proved to be ideal especially for walks to the ocean beach. We were particularly impressed with Joanne from Beach House Rentals who was magnificent in her efficiency and communication with us throughout the booking process and for our stay. Huge thanks to her for her professionalism in knowing exactly what we needed for our holiday stay and providing nothing short of a 5-star service. ....... Including an amazing welcome kit that was greatly appreciated. Her company will now be our first stop when looking for our future peninsular stays.
