FIT Masters Graduation

Family and Friends gathered in Melbourne to celebrate our daughter obtaining her Master Degree at FIT. The house is adorable, comfortable and in a great location. We truly enjoyed our stay.

James was very nice and replied to any changes or concerns promptly. The house was great. Very clean when we arrived with enough room for my family. It can be difficult to find a place that will allow dogs and was very pleased to find this one. I would have liked to have a little more cookware but we made do. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in that area again i would see if it is available. Thank you so much for everything!

Very nice month-long place to get away. The owner was very responsive to our early requests and provided us with courteous and timely contact. We loved the outside deck which overlooked the creek in the private backyard. The kitchen was well apportioned.

Wedding weekend

This house served our purpose for a large family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house is clean it had everything we needed. We did not cook meals so the fact that it only had a small portable hookup dishwasher didn't bother us. I only noted in case that might impact others. The beds were comfortable the owner allowed us to check in early. Overall a good stay.

Accommodating and Kind Management

Check in was easy and the management was easy to get ahold of. This home has plenty of beds and worked well for the number of people we had to accommodate. The layout worked for us all. Holiday travel delayed check-in by a day, so it was nice to have the code for the door instead of meeting someone to access the property. The beachy decor was inviting, and we enjoyed the comforts of how it was all laid out. The issues we had with the property have been communicated to the owner. Mildew, no vacuum (2 week stay), stinky bathroom ventilation issue, broken patio chairs, and no chairs around the fire pit. The property looks like it could use a good cleaning and water issues addressed. I communicated the mildew and water concerns right away, but since we washed the shower curtains, there wasn't much else to do. It rained a lot the first couple of days, so I didn't notice the patio furniture was so bad until a few days into the stay. We were very disappointed that we couldn't sit anywhere outside. I felt like I was bugging the owner, so I didn't reach out about the chairs. We made the best of the trip and enjoyed the beach and time with local family. I hope the owner takes some time to troubleshoot the bathroom/ water issues and get new patio furniture.

Great place for a family to stay

I reserved this house for my family (8 adults and 2 kids - ages 2 & 4) to be able to all stay together while visiting Melbourne for my youngest daughter's wedding. The house was great for all of us!

Great beach home

Clean, comfortable, spacious home for our party of 14. Property was as described. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long weekend stay. The kids were also entertained with lots of boardgames and fun things to do. Netflix and Wi-Fi working perfectly. Check-in and check out was easy and James was quick to respond to any questions we had. Also had a very nice large area in the back for entertaining. However, we were not able to enjoy that due to the short amount of time we had. Located in a quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes from the beach. Very happy with our stay. Highly recommend this home for your vacation near Melbourne Beach.
