"Needed a place to sleep and had to leave at 5am the next day. We were there for less than 12 hours. I had booked this online, site unseen. This is an older motel. No elevator. Kind of like staying at a real run down motel 6. I'm sure many would liken this to a no-tell motel. I didn't want to seem unhappy about the accommodations since I had impressionable people with me. I was glad we had a fridge though. Dominos delivers here. We don't usually eat that, but we did because I had no idea where we would go. I usually stay in Viera, this was like the hoody part of Melbourne.I expected to see unsavory people outside, but I didn't. So that was good."

"This property is in severe need of a complete renovation, if not a full rebuild. The overall condition of the hotel is unacceptable—everything appears outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were especially concerning, as the sheets were visibly dirty and there was a noticeable presence of mildew throughout the property, which caused continuous sneezing and discomfort during our stay. To make matters worse, the elevators were out of service, forcing us to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor without any assistance. Given such a significant inconvenience, it is reasonable to expect staff support, yet none was offered. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing and unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever encountered. The condition of the property and lack of basic service fall far below acceptable standards. Based on this experience, I strongly believe a refund is warranted."

"After reserving through Expedia because we had security concearns over a previous hotel, We arrived at the counter to be told Expedia overbooked and they had to cancel our stay. The staff were really nice and empathic and tried to help us find a new place to stay. The place looked great but we were canceled because of the overbooking situation. I noticed I was charged that night which I never stayed. After explaining my situation through Expedia, it was determined not refundable even though they canceled my reservation. I would like for this to be resolved since it wasnt our fault that Expedia overbooked and we never stayed a single night."

"There is a very weak breakfast. The pool needs shade and the front door should be sitomatic. Big room. "

"I found this hotel not well kept and unsafe. It was pet friendly, but the grounds are not well kept so it is a hazard for dogs who may sniff the ground or pick up things. Cigarette butts, a tampon applicator, beer cans/broken bottles, etc. The floor had a film of dirt on it, causing the bottom of my feet and my dogs paws to be black. The walls are thin and there is space under the door, so you can hear everything going on outside as people pass and loiter around the parking lot smoking. I would not stay here again and would not recommend people to stay here. "

"The breakfast was very basic. Oatmeal packets, packaged muffins, yogurt, and coffee. The gym consisted of a recumbent bike, a very squeaky elliptical, and treadmill that did not work. Nothing else to use. For a one night stay, it worked well enough. "
