Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reading through the terms and conditions it's annoying that there are so many different things you can do and they can simply just kick you out and take your moneyHowever when the shoes on the other foot there's nothing you can doThe place was in atrocious condition. Dead bugs everywhere, kitchen wasn't cleaned, spa heating didn't work, sonos speakers weren't connected properly, board games were missing things and worst of all the pool was unusable with thousands of insects in there. Mind you this is just a list off the top of my head.We wanted to pick a property that was a little pricey for a nice quiet little family getaway thinking we'd spoil ourselves a little bit to make some memories especially for our children and were left utterly disappointed.

The rudest management I have ever encountered

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House has potential but was not clean. Beer bottles from previous stay all over the backyard, dirty floors, spa room mouldy, listing stated toiletries were provided but were only in the master and old 1980s bottles, had to buy own toilet paper as only 1 roll for 10 guests/ 2 night stay. But by far, the worst thing was the management. So rude. Paid $1000 deposit for bond - was sent aggressive emails by Jellis Craig about keeping the property clean - was filthy when we arrived. We left the house cleaner than we found it - 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my bond. Incredibly rude lady on the phone now telling me I wont have until next week, 3 weeks later? Unbelievable and a huge inconvenience at Christmas time to not have those funds back. Would not recommend.
