This is not a hotel, it was a privately owned apartment, which I would not have booked had I known this.

Not as advertised

Property not as advertised. Reception listed as 9am-5pm but nil reception at property only as sales desk. Check in 3pm no one available on site or available via phone until after 4pm and still had to wait for room. Nil communication on check in process after booking without a reception desk. Some communication on when to call where to collect keys would have made the process easier. Even hotels.com could not contact the owner by phone. Listed as Queen bed, only double bed in room. Quilt cover had yellow stains. Dishwasher full of previous peoples dirty dishes. Nil dish cloth or tea towel supplied. Toilet seat hinge broken on one side. I have stayed in lots of apartments and bed and breakfasts. The owner of this one needs to improve customer service and provisions provided. Hotels.com need to check as property not as advertised.
