Resort style common area facilities with heated indoor pool, well-equipped gymnasium and BBQ area, and a security, reserved, undercover car space is included.

Perfect for six, with a separate area with two extra single beds, (there is a privacy curtain rather than a door on this separate area), the Cityviews corporate apartment is brilliantly located; with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and trams, and Southbank Promenade all on your doorstep, you will love this apartment and this location. The address is 180 City Road, Southbank, and it has a Walk Score of 84 out of 100. It is a Walkers Paradise, so daily errands do not require a car. Cityside is a three minute walk from the 58 West Coburg - Toorak tram at the 115-Casino/Southbank/Queens Bridge St (Southbank) stop. Nearby parks include Enterprize Park, Batman Park and Sturt Street Reserve.

Located less than 10 minutes walk across the river to Melbourne CBD, and a short walk to the nearby St Kilda Road Arts Precinct, it is also very close to the Casino, and the Southbank Promenade along the river, with its award-winning restaurants, cafes and fashionable shops.

Getting There

The easiest way to get to Cityviews from anywhere is to get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then ask for the SkyBus Link which has eight convenient stops around Melbournes city centre. Ask to be taken to Melbourne Short Stays in City Road Southbank, which is just down the road from 180 City Road, where Cityviews is located. If this is not an option, from the station, take the No. 12 tram from further down Spencer St, (just past Bourke St), and get off three stops later at City Road. Walk back to City Road, turn right, and 180 City Road is about 600m away on the left, before Power St.





Getting Around

There is a bus and tram stop around the corner on Queensbridge St, and it's easy to walk to nearly every major attraction in the city. Most of them are nearby. You can easily keep walking into the CBD or you can walk via Southbank Boulevard to the Arts Precinct ans St Kilda Road. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.





Guest Interaction

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here.

Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights

30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights

90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights

We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.

*Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:

Between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00

Between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00

Between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00

Between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00



We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed, and your security deposit is processed; a week before arrival. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.





Check in

On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to:

provide the credit card used for the booking (and the security bond if different)

provide the matching photo ID

sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.

Pet stays

NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays.




SECURITY BOND

We require a minimum security bond of $1,000, which increases for long stays and last-minute bookings. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, or by EFT, and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used must be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted, and any payments made may not be honoured. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
