Relaxing house

The house had a great set up for families with separate adults and kids zones. Well stocked kitchen for home cooking after the beach. Great deck to relax on. Nice quiet location. We loved it.

A marvellous getaway

Rye was an area we had not explored . Back beach , National Park and bay beach plus great coffee shops .so much to enjoy Our house was just beautiful . It was so well designed for a variety of ages and so beautifully furnished.

Great holiday home for young families

Beautiful house layout and nice amenities for a very comfortable stay! We had two families with kids from teens to infants- they had their own zones and lounge areas. Very relaxing stay!

Beautiful home for a family stay

We loved our stay here. The house is huge and we were a group of three families, which included two kids under two and a four year old. The owner left everything you need in the home from kids toys to a coffee machine, you really didn't need to bring anything of your own. The house is big enough for kids to keep themselves busy in one part of it while the adults are in the other. The location is very quiet and tucked away. It's a short drive from the beach, parks and shops. The only complaint we had was with the cleanliness. It really needs a good clean between loans. There were cobwebs on parts of the furniture, food scraps on the kitchen bench and general grime around the place. We raised these with the owner and they promptly organised a credit for the cleaning portion of the payment. Outside of that, we loved the place, the owner was great to deal with and we'd love to stay here again.

Long weekend with extended family

Fabulous house, set up perfectly for everyone from ages 70 to 7 months. Lots of room for everyone, the kitchen dining entertainment area is wonderful, all things needed in the kitchen supplied as well as large variety of pantry staples. The separate living space was great for our young grandsons with lots of toys to play with. Closest beach -16 Beach, not ideal for elderly for young children.

Fabulous Family Home

We were a party of 5 adults and 2 children aged 1 and 2 &1/2. The accommodation was perfect for our group. We found it to be very child friendly with plenty of beds, bathrooms and leisure spaces. A porta cot and high chair were also provided. The kitchen, dining and living space was spacious and very well equipped. The second living area was also well equipped with a mixture of childrens toys in the cupboard. Tracy was always super quick to reply to my messages and even managed to get the aerial replaced in a day- the cricket tragics were particularly appreciative! I highly recommend both Tracy and her home.

We had a wonderful stay at Ti Tree in Rye. Plenty of room for our family. Thanks Tracy

This house was large enough for all our family which was needed with the range of ages of our group being 1-68 years. Great to have a separate space for the oldies when needed. We did spend a lot of our time out side. Which probably would have been used a bit more had there been a bit more shade coverage. But apart from that I couldn't have had a better break in Rye.

Rye Family Holiday

Tracy’s house was a fantastic place to stay with my family and extended family over the Easter Holidays. The house was well equiped with all of the amenities you need for a great holiday experience. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having the coffee machine in the kitchen. We were well located being close to all the main attractions along the Mornington peninsula. Would highly recommend to stay.

Lovely modern house

House was beautiful and had everything you needed from cooking supplies to high chair. The rooms are a great configuration for several young families to stay together. Communication was quick and easy. All around delight

5 STARS!

Stunning home in a beautiful, peaceful location. We stayed over the new year period with a a small group of friends. We all have babies and toddlers. The home was perfect for our group to enjoy the new year relaxing outside whilst our littlies slept. The house was well set up, and catered for everyone perfectly. The beds were so comfy, we all slept great! Tracy was so easy to communicate with! We can't wait to come back!

Quiet location

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our time at this fabulous property. It actually seemed better than the photos had led us to believe. Nicely furnished, very clean, well laid out, spacious and lots of extra attention to detail (such as candles, quality soaps, loads of glasses, cocktail shakers, super soft and comfy sheets on the beds... etc etc.) Incredibly cosy for such a large place, the heating combined with the push button easy to operate ‘open’ fireplace was more than enough to keep the entire place snug and warm. The layout would be perfect for a couple of families to share with two living areas and plenty of outdoor space. The only negative I could mention was that we struggled getting the TV system to work. A lovely cafe/general store to discover on the ten minute walk to the (stunning) beach also! Tracy was responsive and lovely to deal with. We are definitely planning to go back again!

Everything you need!

Ti Tree is a terrific place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and ample living and dining spaces made our stay truly memorable. Private and tucked away but close to all the delights of Rye, in particular the amazing hot springs. Would happily recommend to families or groups looking for a relaxing weekend away.

Beautiful home that truly delivered!

Ti-Tree House is a beautiful property that comfortably accommodated our family group. The design of it meant we could have time out when needed and celebrate together when we didn't. With 3 bathrooms all with showers we never had an issue of waiting on each other. The kitchen was a great space to have all of us cooking in. If you want a place to have a great family or group holiday, this is definitely it. We also loved the No.16 back beach that we walked to everyday and the fact that it was a close drive to both Rye & Blairgowrie front beaches. Tracy from the Rental Group was also a pleasure to deal with and great with communication about various things. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

OMG!

This house is nothing short of amazing. Tracy was very accommodating and the house was perfect for when we arrived. When you first walk through the door it is nothing short of breath taking. The location is secluded so you are able to have a quiet trip away and great location to get to surrounding suburbs. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Our stay in perfection.

Good time had by all

There were 13 of us staying for two nights in this beautiful, well appointed, modern open planned house with fantastic indoor/outdoor spaces. We all loved it and appreciated the space it provided. The house included four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, two living areas, large dining table and a great outdoor area with comfortable lounges and outdoor table and chairs. It was easy to cater for 13 people as the kitchen was a delight to work in. The house was also in close proximity to beaches, wineries, the Pier at Rye, Portsea Pub and many other points of interest in this beautiful area. I would thoroughly recommend Ti Tree House for your next holiday. We had a fantastic time!
