Property is perfect for family get togethers. It is clean and accommodating. My only beef is with VRBO when you book. There are too many fees attached to the booking. Buyer be ware.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. A few minor improvements would have upped our overall rating to 5 stars: new cushions for some of the outside chairs, a new couch (which I understand was being delivered the day we left), and grounded outlets in the bathrooms. The host provided clear information and instructions. The basket of treats was appreciated. We would definitely consider staying here again.
