"I most disturbing part of my review is when I checked in and got my room and key card I proceeded to take my luggage up to the room and enter. It was late at night and once I entered there were no lights on to see very well. I pulled my luggage over to the kitchen side and proceeded to turn on the lights. Guess what - the room was occupied and I scared the daylights out of two poor unsuspecting people and myself. I quickly removed myself from the room and returned to the main desk to tell them what happened. There are many more poor issues to comment on but you get the picture with this place. "

"I would stay again in this hotel with my eyes closed. The staff, the attention, superb customer service. The front staff was kind enough to call us as soon as we left because we left something behind and immediately had intentions to mail it and we received it perfectly. The breakfast was a big reason for the stay and it was also 10/10. My family had an amazing experience. Thank you SO MUCH!"

"This hotel is located approx 10 miles from SFB. They do not offer a shuttle from airport to hotel but can get an Uber quite easily. Room was comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast offered as well as cold items which was convenient. It is located about an hour from Port Canaveral but used the Go Port for pick up at hotel and drop off at airport after cruise. Would stay here again. Restaurants and gas station within walking distance."

"Roaches in restroom. Service was horrible about alarm going off in bedroom from 2 AM throughout the next day. Never again. "

"I had an excellent stay at Comfort Inn Suites. The room was spotless, and the customer service at the front desk morning, afternoon, and evening was top notch. The cleanliness of the entire hotel stood out; everything was incredibly well maintained. The amenities were great the WiFi was fast, and the breakfast was excellent. The houseman on duty made sure the entire facility stayed spotless, no trash anywhere. Even though it’s right by the highway, I didn’t hear any traffic. Everything was perfect. The only tiny issue was that the TV didn’t work (not that I came to watch TV, I just wanted a bit of background noise), but that was a minor thing. Everything else was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again."
