「We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice. 「You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....

「Top! Wie auf den Fotos , alles sauber, ruhig und mit toller Aussicht. Auch die Gastgeber als auch das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Halbpension empfehlenswert. Ein Leihwagen ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert, insofern man Ausflüge und desöfteren kleine Erledigungen ausführen will und die Halbpension nicht gebucht hat, nahezu notwendig.
