“We unpacked and then noticed the toilet was not cleaned. They put us in another room, but it really didnt have a window-it looked down into a storage-like room. The next day we requested and they moved us into an upgraded 3rd room. The one person at the desk was helpful, though.”

“When I arrived, there was no one to check me in. After I pushed the buzzer, a young lady came and gave me my room key. When I discovered that there was not an ice bucket in my room, I went back to the "front desk" and pushed the buzzer several times, but no one came. I returned a bit later, and again pushed the buzzer multiple times. Again, no one came. I was never able to get an ice bucket. When I left in the morning, there was no one behind the "front desk."”

“We had a great stay! Breakfast was great every morning and the pool was really great for both little kids and swimming a few laps. Our room was huge and we had plenty of space to spread out.
